Notification or permit
Rooftop solar in Baselland requires a notification to the building inspectorate at least 30 days before work starts. In village cores and protected zones a building permit is needed.
Subsidies
The federal government pays a one-off contribution per installed kilowatt via Pronovo. Whether your municipality adds its own subsidy we check in the call, some Baselland municipalities do.
What we notice here
A municipality with its own solar subsidy, which is rare in Baselland. Pitched roofs in the residential neighbourhoods, grid operator Primeo or EBL depending on the street.
Why not just use a comparison portal?
On the big portals your enquiry goes to several companies at once. Then the phone rings three times a day and you explain the same thing three times.
Dachsonne does it differently. Your enquiry goes to a single installer from the Basel region, with its own installation team and experience with the roofs, permits and subsidy schemes here. You get one contact person who stays the same on the phone, at the site visit and for the quote.
If solar does not pay off on your roof, they will tell you so. Then it was a short conversation, nothing more.

Four clicks and your address are enough to start. The rest comes up in the call.
